The House of Purgatory is a deserted residence that essentially encompasses all things evil. These walls once housed the infamous Hewitt family. They slept here… they ate here… they tortured here… they killed here. Little is known about the family, as those who have encountered their presence have either died a horrible, gruesome death or are residents of the county psychiatric ward. Their path of destruction has left few survivors and even fewer willing to discuss it.

Keith Hewitt’s passion for torture rivals even that of the most notorious serial killers. Just hours before police planned to raid the residence, the Hewitt family abruptly disappeared - reportedly moving on to another unsuspecting town. The house of hell, however, still remains.

Many have tried to refurbish the old walls, however they wake in the morning to find everything in the same condition before they started – stained wallpaper, blood-soaked carpet, and various body parts decorating the interior. The sign is once again hanging at the entrance, “Home is where you hang your heart.” No one ever expected the Hewitt’s to take it literally.

As if by some master plan, many of the souls of those maimed and tortured people have found their way back to the house. It is now infested with these lost souls who are seeking revenge – revenge for the lives they were robbed of and the torture they endured. At a glance, you can sense the impending doom… the hopelessness… the pure uninhibited evil. Inhumane sounds emanate from dark closets and long, endless corridors. A heavy, persistent chill squeezes every last ounce of energy from your petrified body.

Don’t breathe – they might smell you. Don’t think – they might hear you. Don’t bleed – they might taste you. You will envision your worst fears spawn to life before your very eyes within this House of Purgatory.
